No documents available, due to the German police, CIA, American military intelligence and the Dutch government conspired to push me around from one jail to another from one prison to another and from one refugee camp to another in various cities between Germany and the Netherland, and in this process they forced me repeatedly to lose all my belonging and they blamed it on me or made it look like I am responsible for losing everything, but the only thing I am may be responsible for is may be that I trusted blindly all these criminal governments, because I loved them, on the other side that was a part of my brainwash to trust them and love them, because trust and love are blind that prevented me of finding out or the truth or seeing them as they in reality are, which is a vicious sadistic criminals that control the government enable to enrich their selves by enslaving innocents and use them for their own greed and selfishness.

Circumstances:

Below is a brief list of circumstances and situations where I filed a complaint to the evil German police, yet they ignored it.

1. On 18.12.2001 I was manipulated, brainwashed and forced to leave the Dutch refugee camp in the village of Zweeloo, Netherland to go hitchhiking to Germany, it looks like as if they wanted to force me to place all the blame only on certain persons, such Mohamad Attar that in reality is German police or American military intelligence agent or both that lives in Germany and pretend to be Syrian origin spying in 1970s and 1980 on alleged Palestinian terrorists in reality he was setting up people to look like terrorist as he did to me, whereby I am innocent of any directly and knowingly of having any relation to any terrorist or any conspiracy to hurt anyone whom so ever. but also I was manipulated to meet my alleged old friends Detlev Fischer and Mike Simon that in reality American military intelligence pretending to be from Schlesien, an area allegedly populated by Germans in the former eastern Europe=Soviet Union alias the current Russian Federation. On the other side the Dutch government that controlled my life then pretended to allegedly joggle my memory about my old friends after 15 years of a vicious lock up in USA as slave and hostage, whereby the Dutch government was one of the evil institutions that kidnapped me in 1986 from Germany to USA to cover up for their agents within my fake family in the Middle East. I saw these mentioned persons and 2 days later I was forced to go back to the Netherlands

2. On 7.1.2002 I was again manipulated and pushed to go to Germany, this time directly to my ex-church the fake Evangelical Lutheran church of the CIA city Unterschleissheim, Germany, which I did.

3. The way it looked like that I asked my church to help me come back home to Germany where I was kidnapped from in 1986, but they refused with the reasoning they can allegedly do nothing. During this period I was reminded with all the bad things they did to me and placed it in my mind as if I did it as a part of a brainwash scheme to force the victim to feel guilty and not suspect them and what they did to me in 1976-1986

4. Also during this period and at this church I was manipulated to call my ex-girlfriend from 1981-1984 Adelheid Kuczka, among others to place it in my mind that I hit her and therewith I am responsible for everything that resulted of this fight among others for not having a German residence permit even though I lived in Germany legally for 17 years, and that alone shows how evil is the German government, or at least their laws or at least the persons that control this evil government that destroys innocent’s people’s life, even though I loved Germany and that was very visible in everything I did, yet these evil criminals (I almost want to say mother fuckers, but I am not going to say it, because I do not want to use bad words yet, often I do not know how to express my anger and disappointment) persecuted me to death.

5. Between 018.01.2002 and 15.01.2002 I went twice to the immigration offices in Munich called “KVR-Kreis Verwaltungs Referat” and complained to them about my status and the unfairness, they asked me to leave the country, but I refused so they arrested me and jailed me for 5 weeks and deported me back to the Netherland in around 22.02.2002

6. Between January 2003 and August 2003 I was writing what I understood at that time that happened to me on a computer that was allegedly brought from USA by my fake son Abdulhamid Najar

7. In August 2008 and as my fake son and I decided to go back to Germany and I had thoughts in my mind that what I have written is sufficient to file a report at the German police headquarter in Munich, Germany and therewith I made a hard copy of these writings that became around 30 pages.

8. On around 9.8.2003 and in Munich, Germany I went to the police headquarter in a street called Et street and filed that written complained, but they refused to take it and made me feel or think like as if I am mentally sick

9. From 2003 and until 2006 I filed many reports at the same police headquarter mentioned above, I can’t recall any more how many times, for the crimes performed against me by the American military and kidnapping me from Germany in 1986, but all the times either refused, made fun of me or made it look that I am mentally sick or arrested me and imprisoned me, and that is unjust because the origin of my problem with them is wrong, which is the German police was one of my persecutors and I did fully recognize it yet or comprehend it yet, but also the German police is a tool to suppress the German public for the ruler = German government that officially is under the control of the American, English, French and Russian militaries since 1945. But also the German police are under the control of the police president, at that time president is unknown to me, however the police president from 1963 to 1983 was Professor Dr. Manfred Schreiber alias Ali Bark and that I found out only later in around August 2008 as I saw his photograph for the first time on the Internet. Ali Bark the international drug lord and alleged Lebanese consul in Amman Jordan as I saw him in 1966 and last sometimes around mid 1980s also in Jordan, with one difference the Ali Bark of 1980s was 100% not the same Ali Bark of 1966 and 1970, it was a much younger lookalike, possibly his son or his very lookalike younger brother. It is very common in these criminal circles that they have many lookalike brothers because they have sex with their close relatives and simultaneously they have sex with the sister of their wives and girlfriends and therewith the possibility of having lookalike children is very high.

10. Therewith also the German police was persecuting me unjustly in 1970s and in 1980s and again between 2001 to 2006 for personal gain of the police president, and that is why they always were ignoring all of my filed complaints, which I estimate them to be over 15 times.
