Circumstances:

1. In February 2001 I was brought by the American INS- Immigration and naturalization Services authority and by force from USA to the Netherlands and forced to apply for political asylum as a part of a long term forced upon me scheme to force me to be nationality-less to prevent any government to be responsible for me and protect me against the evil American military intelligence that were covering up for my evil fake family and biological family Bush, Rockefeller, Windsor and Kennedy families

2. In February 2001 I was brought from USA to the Netherland after I was kept as slave and hostage for 15 years in USA after they kidnapped me from Germany in 1986 by using the illegal American military intelligence project named Calypso that was trading technology, weapons, money and other products for American, English, French and other Europeans that were kidnapped from 1982 to 1983 and kept as hostages in Lebanon. Among others and in this illegal project calypso (known in USA as Oliver North Scandal) the followings parties where involved:

2.1. From the kidnapped hostages side: the American, English, German, French, Israeli and Dutch governments were involved, and therewith they all kidnapped me in 1986

2.2. From the terrorist side that kidnapped the hostages: Syria, Iran, Lebanon, Palestine and from the background also Jordan and Saudi Arabia and therewith they all kidnapped me in 1986

3. From February 2001 and until December 2002 I was forced into many joint setups by the evil American, German and Dutch governments that not only disturbed my life on continues basis, but also confused the life out of me while keeping me locked up by force

4. In April 2002 I was granted an approved asylum status in the Netherland, which is total mean/nasty and sadistic way to keep me nationality-less and to cover up for what they did to me since 1983 and blaming everything only on the Americans and Germans, in that these last two countries did not grant me asylum, but the Netherland did, but they are all working together and pushing me around to cover up for my fake and biological families, but also to cover up for what they did to me since 1959, and in particular the Dutch government since I became Christian in 1976 at the fake Evangelical Lutheran church of the CIA city of Unterschleissheim, Germany. 5. From 27.12.2002 and until April 2004, I was set up several times by the Dutch and German governments in cooperation with the American military intelligence (=NATO intelligence=Netherland) agents within my fake Evangelical Lutheran church of the CIA city Unterschleissheim, Germany as well as through their agent Adelheid Kuczka alias my ex-girlfriend from 1981 to 1984 that dramatically damaged my life then and again now in 2003-2009, among others they performed uncountable setups upon me to force me to not recognize certain things of my past but also to force me to think that Abdulhamid Najar is my alleged biological son generated by rapping me by force of ESP and brainwash through all of these above mentioned criminals during the illegal project Calypso

6. With all the setups and continuous brainwash performed on me to prevent me to find out the actual truth about who did what to me, they dramatically confused the life out of me.

7. As a result of all the above mentioned and in Autumn 2004 I found myself in a refugee camp in the city of Zwolle, Netherland and my fake son, whereby I did not know at that time that he was not my son, allegedly in a refugee camp in Germany, for his sake I did not want him to be a refugee and go through his life as they did to me these criminals sadistic governments, so I asked him to come to the Netherlands and forget Germany, and at that time I was determined to help him in his life to be free.

8. I was entitled by Dutch law to have my own apartment, yet the administration of the refugee camp=government refused to allow me to live in my own apartment and take care of my alleged son.

9. My son came from Germany and was allegedly in a refugee camp reception center in the city of Amsterdam for around 5 weeks, then they released him and told him to come to me in the city of Zwolle, yet the evil administration of the refugee camp in the city of Zwolle refused to allow him to stay, and convinced us that he must go back to Germany, which he did

10. In April 2004 my granted asylum resident permit, which is designed to sadistically terrorize the life out of innocents as they did to me, this asylum ends in April 2004, and I had to renew it. Then I refused to renew it, I tried very hard to kill myself, due to all the confusion these criminals caused upon me, but I was prevented, so I stopped eating and the food money that they gave me I purchased food with it and donated it to the other refugees.

11. At the last day of my asylum residence permit some man came to my room of the organization called VVN, which is an organization founded secretly by the Dutch government allegedly to help refugees just like the International institute of Connecticut (1987-1990, but I was as an illegal alien in USA until 2001, thanks to among others, to this evil organization) and the Caritas organization (see attorney-1, attorney-2 and attorney-3 of Caritas) of the Catholic church in Germany (1970-1976 but I was set up by all of them and forced to live in fear of deportation until these criminals kidnapped me in 1986 to USA) and all of them were helping the government and not me and the best prove for that is where I am now in 2009. Any way this man came with a piece of paper and asked me to sign it then I would allegedly get unlimited residence permit in the Netherland, but I refused and said to him where the fuck are my children, how come my son is in Germany and I am here. To make it short I did not sign the paper, it is very similar situation to my renewal of my German residence permit for unlimited permit in 1984/1985 but they refused due to a set up they performed upon me to refuse the renewal by using their agent Adelheid Kuczka and Mr. Schneider of the immigration authority in Germany. Which points to not only their evilness but also to their limited mind/brain in that they use the same persecution concept/method again and again to destruct innocent people’s life

12. Later I was told I have to move to another camp, and somehow I refused to go to that camp in another city and instead went to Germany and left the Netherlands

13. Arriving in Germany without any valid ID or European residence permit I was imprisoned until November 2004, which was the period of the election of the excess of evil ex-USA president George W. Bush that was using the identity Mohamad Nuzhat Najar (my current official name) until 1959, and therewith I was locked up again during this election just like his last in election in the year 2000 I was also locked up in Houston, Texas, USA through the INS

14. All in all they made it look like I am responsible for all what is happening to me, which is not true, they forced my life on a different track in 1984 and ever since I can’t get back on that track where I was in 1984 or prior to the illegal project Calypso. Everything after 1984 was forced upon me lies, brainwash, kidnapping, rape by men and women and slavery ever since.

15. From April 2004 to March 2008 I was forced into a never ending sadistic and vicious unjust imprisonments in various jails, refugee camps and prisons in many cities between Germany and the Netherlands
